The chalet contains one basic ground floor apartment and two maisonette-style apartments on two floors which have three bedrooms each, a kitchen, sitting room / dining room, bathroom (with shower) and separate lavatory. The water comes from a natural spring on the mountain and each apartment’s sitting room has an open fireplace. We provide all the linen, crockery and firewood.

Renting an apartment

We rent out one of the chalet’s apartments for week-long rentals throughout the year. The apartment can sleep six in comfort and twelve in total using the sofa beds. Prices range from €300 per week to €1100 for Christmas and New Year. Interested in renting? Buying the chalet

The chalet is also for sale as a going concern. It was built in the 1980s and would make a wonderful home or a great business opportunity, either as individual apartments or as a small hotel or bed and breakfast. The interiors are in need of modernisation and the basement flat is in need of more serious work. Click here for the floor plans of the building. The chalet would make a fantastic investment as the local government has itself recently invested more than €1,000,000 in the  Pays d’Olmes. We are looking for offers in the region of €250,000.
