The chalet contains one ground floor apartment and two maisonette-style apartments on two floors which have three bedrooms each, a kitchen, sitting room / dining room, bathroom (with shower) and separate lavatory. The water comes from a natural spring on the mountain and each apartment’s sitting room has an open fireplace. 

We are brilliantly situated in a peaceful location with easy access to the pistes (the chair lift is just 200m along the road) and the ski shops, village shop and restaurants.

Rent our guest apartment

We rent out our guest apartment for week-long rentals throughout the year. The apartment can sleep five in comfort and three more using the double sofa beds.

The apartment is laid out on two floors. As you walk in, there is shelving on the right for ski boots etc, the stairs leading to the upper floor and at the end of the corridor a WC. To the left is a bedroom with three single beds which works well for children. Straight ahead at the end of the corridor is a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and French doors leading out onto the balcony. Through the second bedroom is our master bedroom with two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed and French doors out onto the balcony. We also have a cot should you need one.

On the upper floor there is a kitchen at the top of the staircase which has French doors out onto our upper balcony. The kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, large old-fashioned sink, big fridge with a freezer section, raclette machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière and a range of pots and pans. There is cutlery and plates for 8 people and the basic food cupboard essentials for cooking such as oils, salt, pepper etc.

Our sitting room / dining room is the largest room in the apartment and it has wonderful views out over the plains towards Toulouse to the north, and across to Pic St Bartholemy to the southeast. We have an open fireplace (you can buy wood from the alimentation 200m up the road), satellite TV, DVD with over 180 DVDs to watch, a hifi and some books about the region. French doors open out onto the balcony. The dining room end has an extendable table which can seat 8 with 4 dining chairs and 4 folding chairs. We also have a high chair for infants. Both sofas in the sitting room are double sofa beds.

Our bathroom is the last room on the upper floor and has a heated towel rail, shower and basin.

Buy the chalet

The chalet is also for sale as a going concern. It was built in the 1980s and would make a wonderful home or a great business opportunity, either as individual apartments or as a small hotel or bed and breakfast.
